SERVICE AGREEMENT

This contract has been drawn up in accordance with the Regulation on Distance Contracts published in the Official Gazette dated 06 March 2011 and numbered 27866, in accordance with the obligation to conclude a contract for sales realized over the internet, and the articles are as follows.

BUYER

It is the person who buys the passenger transport ticket.

TOPIC

The subject of this contract is the provisions of the Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (“Regulation”) regarding the sale and delivery of the passenger transport ticket, which the SELLER sells to the BUYER electronically through the website of the SELLER. determination of the rights and obligations of the parties.

PRODUCT INFORMATION and DELIVERY

The service subject to this contract is the bus passenger transportation ticket, and consists of the ticket's sales price, payment method, boarding place, destination, travel date, departure time, seat number, and information at the time the order is terminated, and is also sent to the e-mail address of the buyer.

GENERAL PROVISIONS BUYER

He/she declares that he/she has read and learned all the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price and payment method of the passenger transport ticket subject to the contract and gives the necessary confirmation in electronic environment.

The passenger transportation ticket subject to the contract will be received by the BUYER from the nearest online branch of the SELLER before the start of the travel.

The passenger transportation ticket subject to the contract is delivered to the BUYER personally. For this reason, the buyer has to present the identity card and the credit card used in this shopping to the SELLER staff when receiving the passenger transportation ticket.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to Article 2/3-b of the Regulation, the right of withdrawal regulated in Article 6 of the Regulation cannot be exercised by the BUYER in the contracts established with the providers serving in the travel industry and in which the provider is under the obligation to provide the service performance subject to the contract on a certain date or within a period of time.

SPECIAL PROVISIONS

When buying a ticket online, the vehicle seat diagram is shown on the screen. This diagram indicates seats suitable for men and women. When choosing a seat, the BUYER is responsible for choosing the correct seat shown as suitable for his/her gender. Otherwise, if there is another suitable seat during the trip, it will be placed in that seat, if there is no suitable seat, the ticket will be invalid and the ticket price will not be refunded.

The purchased Ticket is valid for the Date/Time and Route written on it. A ticket not used on the day and time written on it will be deemed invalid. In case of loss of items placed in baggage and not appraised, no more than three times the ticket price will be paid. The SELLER cannot be held responsible for the forgotten, lost or stolen items in the bus and city service vehicles.

30 kg. Extra handling fee is charged for excess baggage.

The criminal liability arising from the examinations to be made at the administrative and judicial authorities of the goods given to the baggage after showing the ticket and receipt belongs to the baggage owner. If the BUYER delivers his/her luggage while getting on the vehicle at the beginning of his/her journey, he/she must request a luggage receipt.

The SELLER undertakes to refund the entire ticket price for applications made up to 24 hours before the bus departure time, and to issue an open ticket valid for 6 months for applications made up to 12 hours before the bus departure time.

SECURITY

The BUYER should not share their credit card information with others. The BUYER accepts that he will be personally and only responsible for the security of this information, and that the SELLER will not be responsible in any way for the use of credit card information by anyone other than himself. The SELLER does not have any direct or indirect responsibility due to all negligence and faults in matters such as the security, storage, keeping away from the information of third parties, use of the BUYER's credit card information, and that the SELLER is not responsible for any loss due to its negligence and fault. accepts and declares.

CASE OF DEFERRED AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

In the event that the BUYER defaults on his credit card transactions, the cardholder will pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement made with him by the bank and will be liable to the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may take legal action; may claim the costs and attorney's fees to arise from the BUYER, and in any case, in the event that the BUYER defaults due to its debt, the BUYER agrees to pay the loss and damage of the SELLER due to the delayed performance of the debt.

REGISTRATION OF COMPETITION

In the event that the BUYER defaults in paying two installments consecutively or within one year during the term of this Agreement, all debts arising and/or to arise from the Agreement become due.

AUTHORIZED COURT

In disputes that may arise from this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the settlements of the BUYER and SELLER, and Civil Courts of First Instance in places where there is no Consumer Court are authorized up to the value declared by the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology.

PROVISION

In the event that the order is concluded, the BUYER shall be deemed to have accepted all the terms of this contract. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision in this Agreement shall not affect the validity of other provisions of the Agreement.
